"Paul upgraded (supposidly) our insurance to a 200$ deductible which was why we went from paying $67/month to $147/month. Well after asking for new insurance cards to reflect this change & waiting a couple months with no response about it, I called him today & he told me my deductible was $500. I tried to explain things with him and asked why are we paying so much then? And instead of trying to help me get this figured out and corrected, in a rude tone told me to GO FIND SOMETHING BETTER THEN! So as of today we will be switching our insurance out. THIS MAN IS A CROOK! Wish I could add the phone call recording here."

"MODIFIES POLICY WITHOUT PROPER NOTIFICATION When I needed it the most, they removed roadside assistance from my policy and by doing so, increased the risk of my 2-year-old son being in danger because of the circumstances involved. WORST YEAR OF MY LIFE. Cancelling my policy as soon as they get back from their vacation and telling literally anyone and everyone i know to leave state farm and never come back."

"Was rushed to be there before 5 for your notary yesterday. Go in, sign. Only to find out the next day it was a woman who was to notarize my documents and they weren’t signed or done. I never appeared before a woman. Nor did anyone ask me for an ID or to sign a notary book. I went in today and then completed the task. Nobody asked for me to come in, I went in voluntarily to obtain copies of my own paperwork. The agent didn’t seem concerned and apologized without any real concern behind it. He asked me what I wanted. Simply I wanted to let him know if people are notarizing documents without me there, it’s illegal. Glad I cancelled my policies with State Farm. The only business you will get from me will be through the bank."
